What is an exhibitor site page?
An exhibitor site page is an interactive web page provided to every exhibitor of a participating tradeshow and it is linked to the exhibitor list from the event’s website. Exhibitor site pages are interactive and allow exhibitors to manage their own content and information provided to attendees including catalog pages, videos and contact information. An exhibitor site page also allows an attendee to contact and exhibitor directly and add an exhibitor to their electronic day planner.

What types of video can I use on my exhibitor site page?
The type of video an exhibiting company can utilize is limitless. Exhibitor videos can be shot in advance of a live event either in the National Access studio, at a company’s location anywhere in the world, or can be pre-existing videos provided by an exhibitor. Videos can be used to present a company, showcase products & services, and to share news, events or an interview with a key executive. Exhibitor videos can also be event specific or produced in a manner that allows for future use and distribution.
How much does an exhibitor site page cost an exhibitor?
The cost of an exhibitor site page is determined on an event by event basis between tradeshow management and National Access Group. It is our goal that exhibitor site pages are always cost effective and offer a huge ROI.
